We spent the week at the Fitz and ate at their buffet several times. Each time we had something different and delicious. They have a new "Steak Grill". On it they have steaks, hamburgers, ribs and chili beans (2 kinds, baked potatoes and french fries. The next area has fried chicken, greens, peas, sweet potatoes, etc. Then there is the salad area....all kinds of salad fixings and dressings. The last area is the Chinese area. It all looked very good but I had a plate full by then. I didn't see the desserts but by that time ....who was looking for dessert? Neither Jerry or I are big dessert eaters. I'm sure you will enjoy it. We ate breakfast once at almost midnight. We didn't enjoy it. The bacon and biscuit that I had was good and the sausage gravy and biscuits that Jerry had were good. Other than that I could have done without it!

They have taken the Shamrock Cafe out and are building a snack center. They will have hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and other quick snacks. It should have opened today.
