Since October, we've been bogged down with being laid off, starting a new business , & various other forms of BS that's kept us from gambo & fun in general (with the exception of playing poker with Jen & Tom in January.) We received another cheapo offer from Harrah's to visit Laughlin for 5 nights and decided to take them up on it. We had a great time in Reno, and we fear by next year the price of gas and EVERYTHING else might keep us from traveling. So, off we went ---flew from Huntsville, AL this time. The flight took just over 3 hours. Nice.
We LOVED Laughlin. And we ran into some old friends of the board.... Harrah's was great. Pete & I played in poker tourneys almost every day. I cashed once--Pete won two and got second in another. Then we spent that in machines....LOL. Our vacation was so nice because of who we found the second day playing VP at Harrahs.
