Thanks for the update on the auction, Jen.
It sure sounds like it would have been worth going to. Auctions can be a lot of fun, and when a casino is involved, well, that has to make it even more interesting.
Glad you got to go............now, why didn't you buy that Star Wars arcade game?

I stayed, it seemed like all day at the auction. from about 9:30 til 5 something.
The Indian is called Cheyenne and is a Bronze replica of a famous work of art. It's huge. Probably 6 ft long and maybe 4 ft tall. It was appraised (so the lady sitting near me said) for $18,000. It sold for $1,100. There were 3 different statues. I left before the others were auctioned.

I did get away with some of the waterford. If anyone is interested in one of the pitchers I have an extra....

I know someone that use to have a slot machine in his living room, he left some tokens in the trey for people to play, the tokens dropped right back through into the trey. I guess it had been disabled so it couldn't be used as a real slot anymore.

It was one that I was not familiar with but fun to play around with.
