Welcome to the board. As far as I know there are only two bus companies operating from Little Rock to Tunica. If Friday is the day you are interested in the schedule is as follows:

If you request a tunica guide and they mail it to you there is a coupon or two in it, but if you go to the welcome center and get the guide it doesnt have any coupons in it. I dont have the url for the tunica welcome site or the correct name either. If you can't get anywheres there, you may consider getting a flight to Vegas for that time period. I see on travelocity roundtrip from 4/8 to 4/13 including 5 nights on Airtran out of orlando is $ 345 (If you have comped room offers, just look for a flight without room). Comps are made for rooms when you stay at a casino hotel, depending on your play, but, not through an air/hotel offer. I'm probably not saying this too well.

At 279.00 RT for airfare and hotel room, it seems to be a pretty good deal, particularly since it flies into Tunica Airport and NOT Memphis Airport. Its just that for me, each of these offers was for a particular three days that didn't fit to well with my schedule.
